1. Acceptance

By installing or using VisionAI ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.

2. Description

VisionAI is a Chrome extension and web study tool that captures screen regions and uses AI models (via OpenRouter or Xiaomi MiMo) to answer questions about the selected content or uploaded study materials.

3. Accounts

You must create an account (email/password or Google) to use the Extension. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

4. Free Tier & Subscriptions

Free tier: Limited to 10,000 tokens per day (~10–20 queries). Daily limit resets at midnight UTC.

Premium subscription: Includes up to 10 million (10,000,000) tokens per month. Advertised as "unlimited" for simplicity; 10M tokens is the defined maximum. Resets monthly. Available as Monthly ($4.99/mo) or Yearly ($50.99/yr, save 15%) plans.

Ultra subscription: Includes up to 50 million (50,000,000) tokens per year. Available as Monthly ($14.99/mo) or Yearly ($99/yr, save 45%) plans.

Billing: All payments processed by Paddle. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. You can cancel anytime from your Paddle customer portal. No partial refunds for unused tokens or partial billing periods.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Paddle per their refund policy. We generally honour refunds within 14 days of purchase.

Token calculation: One token equals one question or capture. 10M tokens = 10 million captures per month. Token usage is reset at the start of each billing cycle; unused tokens do not carry over.

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranty. AI-generated answers may be inaccurate. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the Extension.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
